Unlike traditional talk-based support group models, Bliss Chains offers moments of grace through art, music, and quiet reflection—freeing the soul from the pressure of “getting over it,” and instead inviting the heart to move with grief, until something luminous is remembered again.
In this way, the darkness begins to turn to light—softly, slowly, and in its own sacred time.
