The Story of Bliss Chains

The Inspiration – Why Bliss Chains Was Born

Bliss Chains was born from a choice—the choice to embrace self-compassion, to rediscover inner peace, and to cultivate joy as a state of being, even in the face of profound loss.

During the pandemic, I experienced the unimaginable—the passing of five beloved family members in the span of a year. My mother, my grandparents, my uncle—all crossing into the afterlife, leaving an ache that felt immeasurable. Yet, in that vast sorrow, a realization emerged. I had a choice. Though grief was inevitable, I could decide how to walk through it. I chose to nurture myself back to life.

Through heart-full, intentional acts of healing—painting beneath open skies, creating with the gifts of nature, and nourishing my body with mindful care—I redefined self-compassion. I learned to listen to the wisdom within, allowing art, poetry, and presence to mend the broken places inside me.

Most of all, I chose gratitude. Instead of drowning in what was lost, I honored the love that remained, the memories that still lived, and the strength that had always been within me—a strength I knew was divinely given.

Bliss Chains became the embodiment of this journey—a space to share, to create, and to remind others that even in grief, we can still find light.

The Journey – How Art, Poetry, and Creativity Shaped My Healing and Mission

Art has been my passion for as long as I can remember, but I never realized it would also be my healing.

When grief threatened to consume me, art anchored me in the present moment. Every brushstroke, every word I wrote, every song I sang, and every prayer I whispered to the heavens became a balm to my aching heart.

In those moments of pure creation, I found refuge. Art mended what words could not. It allowed me to process, to release, and to transform pain into something sacred.

Bliss Chains was born from this understanding—that healing is an individual journey, and art is a powerful vessel for renewal. It became my mission to share this message:

Even after loss—of loved ones, homes, identities—we can still thrive. Creativity has the power to revive the soul, to breathe life back into weary hearts, and to reconnect us with something greater than ourselves.

The Heart of Bliss Chains – The Transformation I Hope to Bring

Bliss Chains is a sanctuary of hope. I want people to know that there is no single path through grief. Each soul must find its own way, its own rhythm of healing. But no matter how we navigate it, we are never alone.

My hope is that Bliss Chains will serve as a gentle reminder that we are divinely loved, eternally held, and infinitely capable of creating beauty from our pain.

The Vision – A Future Woven in Creativity and Healing

As Bliss Chains grows, I dream of expanding its reach—telling stories of healing through art, film, and poetry. I envision:

Creating heartfelt art that carries stories of renewal and transformation

• Crafting films that explore the depths of healing through creative expression

• Collaborating with others to curate workshops and classes—immersive experiences that invite people into connection, healing, and bliss

Bliss Chains is a movement of the heart, a space where sorrow and beauty intertwine, and a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. Because even after loss, life still holds light.
